At the core of a Green Business are the employees. It is impractical to think that posting rules, installing policies, and replacing products will bring about a real social change.

Green Awareness training provides for a live speaker or online training or your staff and workers. Environmentalism is a concept which requires people to understand in order to initiate a change in your business; if little is known, little will happen. Our training will allow your employees to create a truly Green operation.

As a certified Green Consultant™, I will become your outsourced professional making Green Business certification a possibility for your business. I can offer Green Awareness training at your facility or arrange for an online program your staff can complete at their own pace.

2. EARN GREEN BUSINESS CERTIFICATION

Too often, the vital information about Going Green as a business comes out in bit and pieces from reliable and not- so-reliable sources. How do you know that you are making progress in becoming a Green Business and actually reaching your goals? Frankly, no other program offers a clear pattern of Green achievement except the one we provide. 3. GREEN BUSINESS NETWORK

Each community has the oppor tunity to grow a chapter of the Green Business League locally. We hold quarterly meetings that provide Green Business Training, and a chance to meet and socialize with other Green Business associates. Green programs have often been anti-business; but without a partnership with the business community, no Green Program can succeed. Therefore, our program is about providing quality information to area businesses and forming a superior network of business leaders. The key to greater success of this program is in the services we provide as Green Consultants in addition to the commitment to Green progress by area businesses.

The industry buzz is about the importance of the Green Supply Chain, which puts a serious emphasis on what products your company buys and what services it employs. Unless these companies are Green Business certified, their claim to being Green may be little more than "Greenwashing" and hype.

Is your janitorial service Green certified? Do other firms supplying yours recycle? Do they have a Green purchasing protocol? What are they doing to work with sustainable resources? Are they wastefully using paper products? In the end, all these things matter.
