Our premium offer is "The Immaculate Makeover Special or (IMS)” for commercial buildings, more commonly known in residential arenas as detailed “Spring Cleaning”. This service is offered once a month or twice a month depending on the clients needs. With the declining economy we make this package very affordable to our customers while adding value to the service with uncompromising attention to details.

Our standard package consist of general daily and weekly cleaning, some of which are in the above description. M&M Custodial & Consultant Services would appreciate the opportunity to make our truth “Where loyalty meets your expectation” a reality for your company. Additional services are construction cleanup, move in/out, carpet cleaning, stripping / waxing floors, rest room sanitizing and providing of supplies. These services are both for residential as well as commercial needs. More services are being provided in the near future.
